PRIVACY POLICY

I gave rise to photographs and other audio-visual recordings for the presentation and promotion of the Company (hereinafter the “Images and Videos”).

I expressly authorize UPSA SAS and UPSA Italy (hereinafter the Companies)

to adapt, reproduce and represent any element of the Images and Videos by any means and on any medium and for any purpose whether commercial or not.

This authorization includes the right for the Companies to:

– fix and/or have fixed, reproduce and/or have reproduced, all or part of the Images and Videos, by any known or future technical means (printing, digitization, etc.), in full and/or by extract, in extenso or by incorporation to any other material (photography, drawing, illustration, painting, video, animations etc.), in any format, on any support (paper, digital, magnetic, fabric, plastic etc.) known and to come;

– represent and/or have represented, publish and/or have published, exploit and/or have exploited all or part of the Images and Videos by any known or future technical means (print, TV, internet, social networks such as LinkedIn, video, etc..), directly or indirectly and for any purpose (commercial, promotional, cultural, etc.);

– modify and/or cause to be modified all or part of the Images and Videos for the purposes of the uses authorized by this clause.

This authorization is granted to the Companies and its heirs, free of charge, worldwide and for the entire duration of the protection of its image and video rights, current and future, granted by French law, Italian law and international conventions.
